Lipoinject are thin, flexible steel needles used in intralipotherapy, or fat-dissolving, procedures. They are used to inject fat-dissolving solutions (not provided) into the intended treatment area in order to treat localized pockets of fat that do not go away with diet or exercise. These needles come in two sizes for the treatment of different areas.
Fat-dissolving treatments provide permanent results, as the targeted fat cells are irreversibly removed. However, these fat pockets may recur if the patient undergoes weight alterations after treatment.
