You may place orders directly on their online ordering system. At the time of checkout, you then have the option of requesting that the goods be shipped directly to you or your business or drop shipped to your customer.
If you choose to have the order 'drop shipped to your customer' the drop shipper will use your company name and phone number on the shipping label. No invoices will be included in the order since they understand that naturally you do not want your customers to know what your costs are.
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email including tracking information.
Should an item be out of stock, they will notify you either by phone or email. Back ordered items will be held no more than 30 days after which you will need to re-order.
The cost of shipping differs with each order. Shipping costs are based on the number of items per order as well as the actual location of the shipment and shipping method.
